I started a new challenge last Friday to cook five more meals a week than I usually do. Well, in my case, that would just be cooking five meals. So far I have eaten every meal at home, two have been frozen dinners, but the rest I have cooked. I want to see just how much I can cook and how much my family will actually eat at home. I told them tonight that I had fixed something that they all like and that they needed to eat before they went to school instead of buying some burger on the way and eating it in the car. We will see if it works. Hopefully I will update as this little experiment continues.
